Healthy Tips for after Holy Week

Do you want to keep your shape and be fit after this break?
 Even though it seems impossible or just really hard, if you follow these tips, you can do it.
 For instance, instead of eating normal pancakes at breakfast, you can eat almond pancakes, which are healthier and actually really delicious! For their preparation you will need:
-1/2 banana
-4 eggs
-3 tablespoons of oat
-Stevia instead of sugar
-Baking powder
-1/4 of a cup of almond milk
First, all you have to do is put all the ingredients in the blender. After that, put the mixture in the frying pan and wait for it to fully bake. After it is baked, this delicious recipe will be ready for you to enjoy.
